In Reževići, on a quiet hillside roughly 90 metres above the sea, Villa MonteMare sits among old olive trees across two terraced garden levels. Up to six guests have the entire villa to themselves, with panoramic views over the bay and mountains.

Three floors, each with its own terrace, blend indoor and outdoor living. The open living, dining and kitchen area with a large dining table is the heart of the villa - fully equipped for longer stays.

A separate workspace with WiFi, fast fibre internet and a refreshment kitchenette is ideal for occasional working days during your holiday. A dedicated utility room with a washing machine and two private parking spaces complete the setup.

In the peaceful coastal village of Reževići, Villa MonteMare combines modern design, privacy and exceptional comfort. Whether for a family holiday, time away with friends or a special occasion, the villa is an exclusive base close to Budva, Sveti Stefan and Petrovac.

Living across three levels

The villa extends across three levels and accommodates up to six guests. The upper floor features two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

The ground floor has a bright, open-plan living kitchen with a large dining table for shared meals. On the lower floor are another double bedroom with a private bathroom, a study with a desk, an additional kitchenette and a separate utility room with a washing machine.

Every level has its own terrace with beautiful views, creating several private places to retreat both indoors and out.

Pool, garden and privacy

The outdoor area comprises a beautifully landscaped, two-level garden with mature olive trees and a private swimming pool with a generous sun terrace.

The real highlight is the privacy: the two garden levels with mature olive trees and dense planting screen the villa – ideal for families and longer stays. MonteMare’s monthly rate with additional services applies from two full calendar months between September and May, or for stays of at least 12 months.

Yes. Both villas offer a quiet, private setting, WiFi, fast fibre internet and a separate workspace with a refreshment kitchenette, suitable for occasional working days as well as longer workations.
Are the villas in Budva town centre?
No. Villa Lumina and Villa MonteMare are in Reževići on the Budva Riviera, between Sveti Stefan and Petrovac. The hillside setting offers sea views away from the town bustle. Budva Old Town is around 15 minutes away by car; we recommend a car for exploring the coast.
