Like Villa MonteMare, Villa Lumina is located in Reževići in the municipality of Budva. Three floors with a modern open layout lead up to a rooftop terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views - well suited to longer stays and workations.

The open living, dining and kitchen area is designed for light and openness. A separate work area with its own kitchenette and fast fibre internet makes the villa a genuine workation option.

The generous pool and sun terrace, plus the rooftop terrace, offer several outdoor retreats. A 65-inch HDTV, a separate utility room with a washing machine and two private parking spaces round out the offering.

In the peaceful coastal village of Reževići, Villa Lumina combines modern design, privacy and exceptional comfort. Whether for a family holiday, time away with friends or a special occasion, the villa is an exclusive base close to Budva, Sveti Stefan and Petrovac.

Living across three levels

The villa extends across three levels and accommodates up to six guests. The upper floor features two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

The ground floor has a bright, open-plan living kitchen with a large dining table for shared meals. On the lower floor are another double bedroom with a private bathroom, a study with a desk, an additional kitchenette and a separate utility room with a washing machine.

Every level has its own terrace with beautiful views, creating several private places to retreat both indoors and out.

Pool, garden and panorama

The outdoor area comprises a beautifully landscaped, three-level garden with mature olive trees and a private swimming pool with a generous sun terrace.

A particular highlight is the rooftop terrace with spectacular panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains.

Each villa accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms and has three private bathrooms.
Is the pool really private?
Yes. Each villa is rented to one party only and has its own pool, which is never shared with other guests during your stay.
How far is the nearest beach?
Drobni Pijesak Beach is around 3 minutes away by car or roughly 10 minutes on foot.
Are both villas suitable for a workation?
Yes. Both villas offer a quiet, private setting, WiFi, fast fibre internet and a separate workspace with a refreshment kitchenette, suitable for occasional working days as well as longer workations.
Are the villas in Budva town centre?
No. Villa Lumina and Villa MonteMare are in Reževići on the Budva Riviera, between Sveti Stefan and Petrovac. The hillside setting offers sea views away from the town bustle. Budva Old Town is around 15 minutes away by car; we recommend a car for exploring the coast.
