Our villas are in Drobnići, part of the coastal Reževići area in Budva Municipality and close to Sveti Stefan. Set on a wooded hillside around 90 metres above the sea, they occupy the second row of a modern holiday-villa development, with broad views across the Adriatic and the mountains beyond.
The peaceful setting combines relaxation in the heart of nature with excellent access to Montenegro’s most beautiful beaches and coastal sights.

Getting around
For maximum flexibility, we recommend arriving by car. This makes it easy to explore the coastline and its many beaches.
Budva’s Old Town, with its many restaurants, shops and markets, is around 15 minutes away.

A four-star hotel with a restaurant and breakfast service is located on the access road, just a few steps from the villas. Additional local restaurants are within a 5- to 10-minute drive.
For all ages
Between Reževići and Budva, families can choose from seasonal water parks, boat trips, playgrounds and easily accessible beaches. Hiking trails and adventure parks can also be found across the area.
